First concert in two years

NOTA is thrilled to be performing again! We started rehearsing last summer, welcomed two new members (Peter and Jeff), polished up some old repertoire, and learned some new songs.

NOTA will be singing at a Benefit Concert for Afghan Refugees, hosted by the Church of the Good Shepherd on Saturday April 23 at 4:00pm. We would love to see some familiar (and new) faces.

Welcome Peter!

Our Tenor 1 Charlie Hodges has bid a fond adieu to NOTA. Luckily our new Bass Jeff had a friend from college who sings….tenor! We are thrilled to be back to 8 parts with tenor Peter Anton filling back out our octet. We are eagerly getting the old repertoire into place and then will start to add some new pieces.

NOTA’s new (old) Bass

Everything old is new again. Our Bass Brian Parker is off to new adventures in Maine so that left a Bass opening. Which has since been filled with a face familiar to the NOTA family. We are delighted to welcome back Jeff Auerbach (NOTA bass from 2005-2016)! Having taken a Covid hiatus from singing we are busy learning (and relearning) music. Now if we can just find a Tenor, we’ll be back to our octet size.
